Preparatory guidelines for Health Check

1. All Health Checks are conducted by prior appointment only

 2. To make an appointment, please contact our appointment cell on 2547 2025 / 5055 /0011 / 3890 from 08:00 am to 8:00pm

3. You are requested to arrive at the clinic at 8:30am or at the specific appointment time given to you to facilitate the smooth process of your check up.

4. The duration of the health check is approximately 4 to 6 Hrs depending upon the package you have selected

5. Fasting is required for a minimum of 12 Hrs. prior to the check up.

6. You may drink water during fasting period. However, please refrain from consuming alcohol, tea, coffee and other beverages for at least 12 Hrs. prior to the check up.

7. You are requested to bring samples of your urine and stool (Urine – Approximate 30 ml, stool – 2 spoonfuls) when you come for the check up. You can obtain sterilized sample containers fromour Front desk between 08.00 am and 08.00 pm or purchase it from any pharmacy. You may also use home containers after washing with warm water and soap and properly drying them.

8. Men are requested to shave their chest to ensure a good ECG / Tread Mill Test

9. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them 2 days prior to your Health check

10. Wear loose clothing, no jewelry (Necklaces / Chains) and easily removable footwear

11. If you are diabetic, avoid taking your insulin injections / anti diabetic tablets on the morning of the Health Check. Please carry your insulin / anti diabetic tablets which you can take before or after your breakfast in the clinic. Other regular medication can be taken as instructed by the doctor. Please carry regular medication along.

12. Please bring all your earlier (Within 1Year) medical records and medical accessories like glasses & hearing aids, if any, when you come for the Health Check

13. Please inform the Front Desk in advance if you want any additional Investigations or consultations to be done so that we can schedule your appointments accordingly

14. Such additional Tests / Investigations / Procedures / Consultations will be billed separately in addition to the health check package cost

15. If your company is paying for the health check, an authorization letter from your company is required

16. Please note that certain tests like x-rays should not be done for pregnant women. Please advise us if this is the case.

17. For females, during menstruation PAP SMEAR test cannot be done.
